A PSO route between Cardiff and Chester-Harwarden or between Cardiff and Liverpool would make more sense to link North and South Wales. Most of the North Wales population is in that area, Denbighshire, Flintshire, etc., plus businesses and industries (including Airbus) as well as easy access on the A55.
