Well, here's the thing... The US General may be right about materiel, in fact, that is certainly the case, and is being displayed in Ukraine; materiel matters.... So... yeah, more materiel and munitions in ready stocks, and more investment in security, (no more to Boeing please... anyone else than them) is desirable, but then the USA has a continued stench in the HoR and Senate that is a greater risk to global stability than anything that can be dreamt up in our heaven and earth,
