So no one does even know who the person was unhappy with. Also once upon a time there was a person with a voucher from other flight school at EPBC who had to be explained that she bought it from the other school because she claimed that she was supposed to have a flight.
There are 4 flight schools at EPBC + aeroclub, and for sightseeing flights there are often people who come to the entrance to the airport and claim they gonna fly and paid for it, but the problem is that they paid to some other school that does not have their office right at the entrance..... Once again no one is interested in aircraft standing idle and Goldwings sightseeing aircraft fly as often as possible when there are people who wish to fly and who have booked the flight with Goldwings not with some other school.
Oh and in EPKP in Kraków there are also sightseeing flights + training for students. By some miracle no one have ever been unhappy with it..... might it have something to do with no other flightschool operating from there (just the aeroclub) I just wonder.... once again the only real students who might be unhappy with Goldwings are people who only wish to get the license without any effort and who also wish to only get positive feedback.... later on such people wonder why no airline wish to have them and no one want to hire them as instructor or even send on a solo PIC flight..... Please if someone only wish to get the license without any effort pick some other school.

But maybe you can give advice to some of your flight Instructors who are lack CRM. With the pig faced Bartek who is the piece of **** of humanity so unprofessional the way to have commercial experience is flying in your own planes… and scamming people.
and people GENERAL ADVICE (mes Français y Mis amigos espańoles) : Flight schools in Poland are great I did my CPL IR ME in a different school here my wife is from here too
. AVOID THIS SCHOOL LIKE PLAGUE. There are better school out there extremely professional. This school unfortunately will give a very bad image of the country…
