I'm in the running for both programmes so thought it might be pertinent to join seeing as people are starting to get Class 1's booked in... I spoke with LE about the EASA Class 1 and they informed me, as a non EU-resident, that when asked, they like to have Copenhagen as your state representative. I've never been through an EASA Class 1 but I am a CAA C1 holder, so if you have any questions about the process feel free to ask.
It might be worth getting in touch with LE to 100% confirm what I've said, but that's what I was told when I called.
