ymmb is still off limits since it’s class D airspace. No entry without a PPL and medical and a factory built aircraft. There is nothing about reduced charges on their website. Seriously this is incorrect. Experimental, homebuilt VH registered aircraft are definitely allowed into YMMB. Quite a few are kept there. RPL's are okay, and probably RPC but I'm not sure what the deal is for RAAus aircraft. Soar used to have a mix of VH and RAAus aircraft they taught with, and Oasis teaches in RAAus registered Jabiru's out of Moorabbin, so it definitely isn't a blanket ban.
