In all seriousness, I travel through T3 about twice a month and much of the waiting now in security is down to people not being ready at security and taking an inexorable amount of time to organize themselves, have their liquids in a dingle bag, take shoes and belts off and have items ready to place in a tray then queue to go through the scanners.
