But syllabuses have not changed and the PAMs not either, the margin where it could be relaxed is rather limited. And with no experience exposed to a **** load of failure variation, my expectation to a new joiner is rather limited - nothing against the new joiner - where should they know from when they have no experience and no time to learned it.

my latest typrating I did was build on the fact it is a new Typ and made to fullfill the expectations at the end. A 180 degree approach to the training task.
