I would say that has nothing to do with turbopropers - some EK trainers are highly against turbopropers in the first place, therefore some don’t even have a chance to learn.
secondly EK does not have a training, and with low or nearly zero experience, as their is no real training, those pilots are meant to fail and that can happen to every inexperienced pilot with an ease no matter if he/she flew turbo prop or something else.
why is that the same pilot falling EK makes a career anywhere else.
still there are hundreds out there want to come back not being called. All of them have proofed they are capable to the „EK standards“ over years and years and now being reject over not fulfilling the requirements or did not get an answer to their rejoin application.
EK management is just simply complete of the rails, and caught in arrogance.

experience level have sunken because of Missmanagement, Missmanagements in the training department, and choosing the wrong people of being in charge of certain departments looking only after their own pocket getting filled as long it’s possible.
An A380 is just another airplane the individual can learn to fly and manage, not a miracle. The rest is experience you build over time.
each individual is only protecting him self being fired by AAR and his ridiculous management style, in the hope to be the next STC
