The frontier gig looks good, don't know the training pay though.
Tried to find a reliable source for Frontier training pay but came up empty handed (OK, when I couldn't find it quickly I gave up). I see that their first year F/O pay will be $100/hr starting Jan. 31 but not sure how many hours are credited per month during training:
