When this is burnt it produces Water, Carbon Monoxide and some Lead.

Read the small print, next time. E5-E10 should only be used in vehicles - including aeroplanes - that are approved for them. But on homebuilts, nothing keeps you from coating the fuel tanks - a regular exercise on Rotax-powered ultralights.
