Guys sharing my experience from the Assessment process in November 22.
1. Tickets and Visa was received 4-5 days before travel dates. Though list of documents required during assessment was shared 10 days before travel. Pretty straight forward.
2. Arrival into Doha, no surprises. Transport and hotel was all in place.
3. Day 1 of assessment, again no surprises. Interview process was straight forward. Started with HR brief, technical exam (50 questions) 30 straight forward from LPJ, 10 common aviation stuff, 10 would need a bit of commercial aviation knowledge. Followed by scenario based, again not a rocket science. Interview with psychologist, they will be assessing u on the 9 NTC during interview. Tip : keep it genuine and simple.
Before end of the day, result out and move to day 2 simulator. Day 2 : again simple circuit. 2nd T/O : V1 cut. Straight forward.
My opinion: alot of not negative information, at no point we felt ne negativity during our time in office or during the process.
Its a very simple process, no surprises.
