All transport.... Quoting figures for the whole world, go to India or China and jump up and down about their plans for more airports - or perhaps Southampton for accepting horrible fueled mega boats which directly affect the oceans.
Stopping expansion at Luton just pushes problem somewhere else, but perhaps, out of sight, out if mind.
