Yes, but do the Russians care? Lot's of evidence they don't do much for their seriously wounded; the New York Times yesterday had a story about a doctor who fled Belarus early in the war. He was basically drafted by the Russians and fled because he thought they were going to send him to the front. His description of the way wounded were treated by the Russians was horrific.
