Without bizav experience, you are not able to gain bizav experience. Sounds like back in day when we were fresh 200h boys seeing only TR offers with 1000h on type required...
I'm wondering how did all of you, now bizav experienced guys, gain your bizav experience in the first place? Honest question, no irony here.
