Ok so now all the potential applicants (who understand English) will now pretend they’ve not read any of that because of course it can’t be true! However it will come back to haunt them later when something goes wrong!
Those that don’t understand English (many more than you would expect) will continue to ask about the interview! There will be apparent shock (even though they’d been warned);when they have a long term injury!
Maybe you should all ask about it during the interview process!
ps even after record profits after 2 years I’m still waiting for my 4 months of half salary to returned ! That should be a warning as well. They can do what they want with no consequences!
(Recently when asked if salary would be returned a Flt ops management pilot said he was irritated by people constantly asking him, he gave no answer and didn’t even say they’d ask upper management! Just about sums Flt ops management up really!)
