It's not so steep, but you need to be VERY flexible... In airline flying, and LCC, Mr Captain is way more importartant than any lowly passenger.
In corporate the pax pay all the costs. They are VERY important to the operation. And there may be just one of them? Mr Captain is only the replacable chaufaur!
But more importantly you need friends in corporate. CV's are next to useless. No friends= no chance!
