Getting the clamp off, unfortunately, is not a full answer. It won't stop them clamping you the next day or the one after. Also, all of the above suggestions which are essentially about committing petty acts of vandalism are likely to fail. The odd damaged clamp won't hurt Excel much and if you get done for criminal damage, what would you do for a living then?. .. .What WILL hurt them a great deal is losing their contract at Manchester Airport. This was a one year contract due for renewal around September. We need a concerted effort to lobby the airport management by letter, fax, local papers, or any other means and give them such grief that by then they are utterly sick of hearing the name Excel.
