As Radgirl suggests (and as I did but was deleted for) make sure the AME commits to the diagnosis made as it affects your career and earnings. Far too easy to take your money and come up with some meaningless drivel ("UNCONFIRMED REPORT"), the AME must back up the diagnosis with facts and be the professional they are being paid as.
