Seems obvious to me that its automated and they allow you to do the assessments and digital interview regardless of whether you meet the applicant criteria and regardless of whether you actually pass your online assessments.
Can anyone confirm?
It would seem dumb for a company having such a large volume of applicants, to not use filtering. I wouldn't see them going through 40k+ interviews.
