I am tempted to apply to this. Just at the end of my PPL and getting ready to start ATPLs in the new year. The big blocker for this is an 18 months full time course and therefore 18 months out of work. Living expenses for those it months would be around 30k if renting a room nearby.
Even if you are successful in your MPL application, make sure you complete the PPL and get it issued from the CAA.
