11/15/2022 Licenses sent for the application
11/22/2022 Received the link for the online assessment
11/25/2022 Completed all online assessment tasks
11/28/2022 Positive answer for online assessment got into the talent pool
11/30/2022 got invited to simulator interview which was 2 weeks later
4 days after simulator got the results, unfortunately negative.
HR and techincal was easy, nothing specific, you have to know the history of the company, how many A/C they have, what are the differences between 737 NG and 737 max.
They also ask about the previous A/C you flew. (engine, speeds, weights)
Some of us, got a METAR to decode.
Simulator East Midlands SID and ILS on rwy 27.
The pilot was not very helpful, he was strict. Tried to confuse you with the ATC insturctions give to other a/cs as well
"emergency" was bad weather in our dest. so we had to divert (DODAR and NITS)
we could try 2 times to land the plane, it was stressful, the sim is very sensitive.
4 out of 8 got in.
