My point Prickly was merely that you don't NEED a fancy watch to aviate. I can't quite figure out how you think I told you or anybody else not to buy a watch. If watches are your thing go buy a watch. There are obviously lots of pilots who love fancy watches and good luck to them. I own more motorbikes than I have fingers but I don't NEED any of them.
