The general consensus is you can reasonably expect 1000 x hourly rate per year (credit roughly 83 hours/month). So take their maxed out captain for example, they're looking at USD$340k per year at the end of this agreement. Common sense is always to budget on minimum guarantee obviously, and there can also be large swings in take home pay based on differences like state income tax, health insurance options etc.

Also, consider if you started at JetBlue today. Second year FO would be $160k, and third year $190k. Not bad for a narrowbody FO job that would be the equivalent of flying for Jetstar or Virgin.
