A -200 highly modified for VIP interior, secure comms, corresponding generator capacity and aerial refueling among other things. Very low time airframes compared to airlines too. I suppose there’s rationale for updating to latest 747 model, but I’d think retrofit of modern updates would be more cost-effective.
