I'm not sure if they're at the point yet of doing atpctp courses for folks, or even just the ATP checkride if someone does the atpctp course themselves. I can't imagine they're far away from doing these though given the amount of zero to hero programs they are setting up lately.

I think they're also having massive retention issues, hence the 3 year signing bonus. Doesn't help that Spirit have a TA to consider, and JetBlue just announced they've reached a TA this morning too. Odds are to me they'll have to come to the party and raise their rates sooner rather than later.
