Neither should anything else. But that’s what it’s become. That’s just the UK in 2022. You can’t guarantee your train will be operating, whether they’re on strike or not. You can’t bank on the supermarket having the food you want (cream crackers at Tesco sold out due in 26/12
own brand and branded, I kid you not). You can’t bank on cafes and restaurants being open when they should be, no staff.
Current weather aside, flying is no worse than anything else.
