FJJP,
The hack allows any hyperlink in Word, Outlook or any other Web Enabled Program, to force the webpage to open in a new IE window.
The easy way to do what you want without having the right click is just to
SHIFT + LEFT CLICK. That will open the link in a new IE window every time.
