Hi guys i passed my online assessment last week. My turn around time was really quick, the same day i uploaded all documents i got email about booking the online assesment, did the online assesment and on the next day got email about passing and being on the holding pool. I havent been called for the real assessment yet. Online assessment was pretty standard. video interview questions were why you want to work in ryan air?, what was the hardest part of your flight training? and i cant remember the 3rd question.
on the real assessment in the simulator, do we need to do both PF and PM? or just PF? I ask because some assessment preparation centres do packages that do PF only and PF and PM, and i don't really want to spend another 400 if its not needed, although I am aware of of the benefit it has.

AFA APS MCC course or AFA cadet pilot ? If it's the second option it's quite demoralizing because I'm still waiting for an answer about my application that I did more than 2 weeks ago
