ymmb is still off limits since it’s class D airspace. No entry without a PPL and medical and a factory built aircraft. There is nothing about reduced charges on their website. I can’t wait for it to be redeveloped, then the NIMBYs can complain about traffic, parking, crime and pollution. The developers are just the usual sharks and should be treated as such. The landing fees will be updated in the next release of the usage agreement. I’m not sure when it’s due.
