It has to be said that I can’t think of an airport anywhere where the associated stations are posher and are built to a higher standard than the airport terminal they serve. One was built with public money while the other was built with private money, with the franchisee skimping and cutting back at every opportunity, as they didn’t own the asset.
Note the ceiling at Parkway. This is almost a copy of the ceiling of the new build at the terminal that was planned but not installed.
At the terminal station it is equally a swish affair. No idea who the lady is with the feather in the hat. Just maybe she is modelling the staff uniforms or will they continue to wear high viz jackets? Lol
Feathers often symbolize protection, love, the presence of guardian angels, the wind, your creator, and even your connection to your god. However, these meanings can shift and change depending entirely on who you are talking to.
