Hey this happened to me too, I think they accidentally processed my application as internal instead of external which is why I couldn't track it. All the emails they sent me with links to the application guide required qantas or jetstar logins to view also. I emailed ID security first but they didn't help as I think they didn't really understand the problem lol. So after a month I just ended up calling the ID services number and they told me it was all cleared and just to wait for a job offer. Not sure why we were the lucky ones with this problem haha but definitely give them a ring, be prepared to wait a bit though as I recall being on hold for 40+ mins

How did it all go for you regarding your hearing test and your medical? Did you do another one and have they progressed you through?
