Alot of places advertising including sign on bonuses for regionals, they were looking at these and cargo operators like atlas, omni, amerijet etc doing E3s, plus numerous others. Some even thought about going home after this experience.
It's a little sad that a bad corporate experience sent them home when the 121 opportunities here are objectively amazing compared to anything in Australia.
So for anyone watching the thread and considering corporate, maybe avoid the aforementioned outfit?
Alternately:
Go 121, regionals, collect the insane bonuses, get your legacy travel bennies, upgrade as soon as you can. Or go ULCC right into a narrowbody type.
If you're crazy keen on corporate, no one cares when you quit whatever other job you had. At least get the lay of the land at a place that isn't trying to F you (as much)
