Asked a couple of them about some of the comments. They said the majority there aren't lasting more than 2 yrs. Threat of a bond recovery is not even keeping people there, most just want out, even local Americans. Many local FOs turning down commands, because don't want another bond and just want to leave the place. It seems they try to use bonds to plug their holes instead of fixing their operational issues. Am told most leaving due to numerous maint, ops, safety concerns and the numerous sectors with 10 hrs off from sign off to sign on, which actually ends up being alot less in reality.
