You'd 'choose' Redwing for a number of reasons, lifestyle etc. What they're offering is exceptional if it's roster that you're after. I'm not aware of the issues, if there are issues that changes things. You'd choose Redwing over Atlas because Atlas didn't take you
You simply won't get the opportunity that Redwing is offering in Australia. You can do what ever you want reference commuting, if you're asking if they'll pay fares to and from Australia, no, but neither will any other airline in the States.
