You still need people to do the work. I get a feeling that a bit of Mr Timchenko's message got lost in translation.
There have already been millions displaced, some internally and some across the borders.
If more people leave, might that send a signal to Mr Putin that he is succeeding? (not sure, just thinking out loud a little bit).
