That is a fairly compelling technical argument for the weapon type, combined with the evidence that this was during the period when Russia was targeting Ukraine's energy supplies, and the proximity of this missile hit relative to the power cables supplying Ukraine from Poland, I'd be inclined to accept that a Russian ground attack might be more probable than an errant S-300 fired from Ukraine.
I wonder why the blast versus fragmentation warhead point hasn't received more prominent attention in the media?
