Is the allegation from the Council/Councils that Peel has breached the terms if agreements with them when the 'civilianisation' of former RAF Finningley was permitted and public money committed to infrastructure?
Been wondering that myself, as there is no way this would qualify for Judicial Review in the strictest sense. Perhaps there was some covenants in place when FARRRS was funded and during the various requests for rates relief. I do think that is still clutching at straws somewhat, but there surely must be something in it otherwise this wouldn’t get beyond the DMBC legal department.
