Not sure what that fare is - Carnets with that level of £££ are usually multiple trips paid for in advance e.g. 8 trips in 28 days per the one found in the link below.

https://www.brfares.com/
for this stuff; it simply gives fares and rules, rather than demand name + rank + number + blood group plus precise journey details before yielding an answer.

As before, none of it helps Luton Airport (or any other airport) travellers.
