Asians ARE hard working people, nothing to be said about that!
But....
I would like to see a certain level of knowledge of English....some of the new crew can barely understand english. They have absolutely no clue what you are talking about. Last I asked for a head count and the poor girl did not have a clue...
When we asked how many emergency exits we had she said...220!!!!
The problem was the language!
I would like to see acertain level of knowledge of safety issues!
I would like to see a certain level of assertivity! Remember, these tiny shy girls are there to block an exit in an emergency and hold back a 100 raging pax when needed to!!!

That is what I meant! We have some excellent experienced asian crew. Real professionals
But the last bunches are horrible and should not be flying. They come from the most remote parts of the continent, have no idea about the real world and we expect the to be cabin crew!!!

Besides that QR is supposed to be a multi national airline....half of the crew being asian does not contribute to this point isnt it?
