America only has requirements for flights
to/from America, nowhere else.
Suggest foreign aircarriers get their act together. The provisions to carry an air marshall do
not in
any way undermine the Captains authority on the flight.
A good start for the UK airlines would be to get some of the well trained SAS chaps in the new air marshall program.
