I will wait. One day, there will be realisation in the industry, a percentage of pilots will come out of retirement or back to the industry if lifestyle jobs present.
What do you define as a lifestyle job? Hanging out at home and getting paid? In that case it would be either a cushy corporate gig, living where the jet is based for people who only want it flown 100 - 200 hours a year, or maybe a regional that's so full of FOs that they never get called on reserve?
Or maybe it's seeing the world? Lots of single guys would probably call Atlas a lifestyle job. Family guys, not so much.
Maybe just good layovers? Then you have to decide what you define as a good layover.
Living in base and holding a line at an LCC can be considered a lifestyle job, 18 days off a month, full credit, and lots of opportunities for premium. Problem is that they don't really start out as lifestyle jobs.
I think the definition is important to really suss out what you're looking for.
