Neom (Saudi) is definitely a possibility and highly likely to be offering incentives, I believe the resort will start to open late this year and be reasonably advanced for next winter season ‘23/24. Great circle distance is around 17 miles further than Hurghada and 37 further than Sharm el Sheikh.
