Not 100% true. External SO are being looked at but only those with HK/CX/Swire connections.
My information is from a very good source but what I really meant is they are calling locals and
PR at the current moment. I did not mean to say that they will not be calling expat SOs. But soon expat SO candidates will be called this include both those who are interested in coming back and new SOs.
