Just curious but has anyone actually received rejection emails after medicals? Or do they usually just not say anything if you haven’t passed medicals. My conversation with someone internal is that you could be made unsuccessful after medical, but it is VERY RARE and only if it is a EXTREME case. So if we passed everything, it would nor be a problem.
so to whoever is waiting for medicals, you need to make sure you can life a 10KG dumbell one hand and do couple bicep curls and life it over shoulder, and you need to be able to lift a 20KG sandbag with both hands and push up pver head few times.
push ups x 15, side plant 30 secs. in short, start to do some exercise and practice if you are not a generally an active person.
