Having said that, if they had no interest in taking on lower hours pilots they'd have just restricted it to full ATPL holders. The fact that they specifically thought about opening it up for very low hours people probably speaks to some kind of policy, perhaps? At any rate, why give yourself the extra work (or cost of extra HR outsourcing) if you're going to dismiss the low hours guys out of hand. Have hope!!!
