Previous years it worked like this, assesments are in a hotel near Dublin airport. The day starts with a company presentation and outline of the assesments. The candidates are then split into groups and given a task to complete. The previous one I attended it was to build a Lego model. After that the next stage was a group interview, groups of three candidates go into a room with a pilot and HR assessor. Each candidate gets a subject to discuss, the task is to discuss it with the group for a few minutes and to come to a conclusion that you can present to the assessors.
After these two steps above half the candidates are chopped and sent home. The remaining candidates will have individual interviews followed by sim checks
And did EI provide ticket to DUB, if you are expat ?
