Tagged airline schemes prefer to minimise their training risk so they have to look at the bigger picture. There’s always a fine balance between experience, skills/talent and personality/motivation, hence the core competencies I mentioned. Absolutely give it a go, just don’t be a smart ass and you’ll stand as good a chance as anyone else.
