LKH has said that the FIFO '
unit will keep its own branding and not fly under the Rex brand'. Despite Rex Freight and Charter Pty Ltd being used as the acquisition entity, the NJE unit will only be 50 percent owned by Regional Express Holdings Limited. The other 50 percent, and undoubtedly the controlling stake in the business, is owned by a joint venture headed up by LKH.
