Surprised (or maybe not) to read that the Avalon airshow won’t be operating Avalon East for next years show. So the only option to “fly in” is via Lethbridge and get a shuttle bus - a 45min drive WITHOUT traffic (can easily double that at peak airshow and hour times).

CAsA must be over the moon with this decision - now no one can commit an offence like not having a chart on hand if no one is airborne.
