My interview with Virgin Blue was over a year and half ago now. So I am guessing it may have changed a little. The format was quite simple..
1st interview- group interview- introduction spiel about the company, introduce yourself to the group, take part in a group activity. told that you will recieve a call or email.
2nd interview- one on one- lots of customer service questions- have lots of examples ready about both good and bad situations you have dealt with.

Quite a few of the crew I initially trained with had 3rd interviews as well. I think that they were one on one style interviews again.
My whole process took 3 days from 1st interview to job offer, however a friend of mine who started a couple of months ago took 2.5 months to complete the whole interview process.
Anyway best of luck. The best advice I can give you is to be yourself and smile smile smile.
